TabsRx Marketing Authorization

Version 2 · Last updated November 6, 2026

This authorization applies only if you check "Email me personalized offers" during your TabsRx visit. Your treatment, payment, enrollment and eligibility for care do not depend on whether you give it.

What you authorize

By checking that box, you authorize OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated entities (OpenLoop), the medical group that provides your care through TabsRx, to share the following information about you with Tabs Labs LLC, which operates TabsRx (tabsrx.co) and Tabs (tabs.co):

Why

So Tabs Labs LLC can send you personalized marketing about its products and services, TabsRx and Tabs, including offers, reminders and news about new products, by email and, if you also check "Text me offers too", by text message, and can personalize what you see on tabsrx.co and tabs.co.

What you should know

Text messages

If you check "Text me offers too", you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from TabsRx and Tabs at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

About compounded medications

Some treatments offered through TabsRx may be compounded medications, prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient under a provider's prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. A prescription is written only if a licensed provider decides, after reviewing your online visit, that treatment is appropriate for you.

TabsRx is not a compounding pharmacy. TabsRx does not produce, manufacture or compound medications, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not make prescribing decisions. Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers. Pharmacy services are provided by state-licensed pharmacies. This site is not a substitute for a relationship with your own physician. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911.
