Terms of Use

Last updated October 29, 2026

Do not use this site if you think you may have a medical emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

TabsRx is operated by Tabs Labs LLC ("TabsRx," "we," "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the tabsrx.co website, including its subdomains, and the TabsRx service. By using the site, joining our email list or starting a visit, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is in our privacy policy and, for residents of Washington, Nevada and similar states, our consumer health data notice. If you become a patient, the medical practice's Notice of Privacy Practices describes how your protected health information is used and disclosed.

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the new terms.

3. The website does not provide medical advice

Tabs Labs LLC is a technology and marketing company. TabsRx does not practice medicine, does not employ your prescribing provider, and is not a compounding pharmacy. The information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and the site is not a substitute for a relationship with your own healthcare provider.

Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers practicing through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated entities, which are named in the Telehealth Consent you accept before your visit. Medications are dispensed by the state-licensed pharmacies listed in section 9, which may include compounding pharmacies.

4. Eligibility

To use the service you must be an adult of the age required for the treatment in your state, physically located in a US state where the service operates at the time of your visit, and providing information about yourself, truthfully. Some treatments carry a higher minimum age, shown before you start that visit. You may not use the service on behalf of someone else.

5. The medical visit

Completing a visit does not entitle you to a prescription. A licensed provider decides, based on your answers and any follow-up, whether treatment is appropriate for you. They may decline, ask for more information, ask for a video visit where your state requires one, or recommend an in-person evaluation. Answer every question honestly: a provider's decision rests on what you tell them.

6. Communications

If you ask us to keep you posted, we will send you occasional updates and offers about TabsRx by email. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing support@tabsrx.co. Unsubscribing never affects your care or messages from your provider. You agree that notices and disclosures we send you electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

7. Ownership of the website and content

The TabsRx name, marks, site design and content belong to Tabs Labs LLC or its licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use and may not copy, scrape or republish it without permission. Other names and marks on the site belong to their owners.

8. Your use of the website and your account

Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. Do not use the site to give false information, to obtain medication for anyone else, to interfere with the service or its security, to access it with automated tools, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Pharmacy partners

Prescriptions written by your provider are filled and shipped by state-licensed partner pharmacies. Which pharmacy fills yours depends on your state and your treatment. Contact your provider through TabsRx support with questions about your prescription before contacting a pharmacy.

Shipping times are estimates and can vary with pharmacy processing, carrier delays, weather and holidays.

10. State coverage

Services are available in all 50 states and Washington D.C. Medication and product availability varies based on clinical appropriateness, applicable federal and state laws, or other regulatory requirements. Not all therapies are available in all states. Availability is subject to change.

11. Payment and subscriptions

The price of a visit and any treatment, what it covers and when you are charged are shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is taken at the end of the visit. Payments are processed by OpenLoop Health, the merchant of record, so the charge on your statement comes from it. Tabs Labs LLC never sees or stores your card details. If you choose a plan that renews, the renewal interval and price are shown before you confirm.

If a provider decides not to prescribe, you are refunded in full.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. You may cancel at any time for any reason by emailing support@tabsrx.co; the request must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@tabsrx.co right away.

The site links to pages run by others, including OpenLoop Health's policies and our partner pharmacies. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for them.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Tabs Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them limits your rights against your provider or pharmacy.

15. No chargeback waiver

Nothing in these terms asks you to give up your right to dispute a charge with your bank. If something is wrong with an order, contact us first and we will try to fix it quickly, but the right stays yours.

About compounded medications

Some treatments offered through TabsRx may be compounded medications, prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient under a provider's prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved: the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. A prescription is written only if a licensed provider decides, after reviewing your online visit, that treatment is appropriate for you.

TabsRx is not a compounding pharmacy. TabsRx does not produce, manufacture or compound medications, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not make prescribing decisions. Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers. Pharmacy services are provided by state-licensed pharmacies. This site is not a substitute for a relationship with your own physician. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911.
