provider then reviews your answers.
TabsRx sexual health products are prescription products for men 21 and over. They are not
for use by women or by anyone under 21.
Do not take them if you take any
nitrate medicine in any form, including nitroglycerin or “poppers”, or riociguat.
Together these can cause a sudden and unsafe drop in blood pressure.
Sildenafil + tadalafil combines two PDE5 inhibitors,
which the prescribing information for each advises against. Do not take it with daily
low-dose tadalafil, silodosin + tadalafil, or any other PDE5 inhibitor. Take no more than
one dose of any of these products in 24 hours.
The 4-ingredient formula contains apomorphine, a
Parkinson’s medicine. Do not take it if you are allergic to apomorphine or sulfites, or
with ondansetron or another 5-HT3 anti-nausea medicine. It can cause nausea, dizziness or
fainting when you stand up (orthostatic hypotension), falls, painful erections, and heart
problems such as angina or heart attack.
Silodosin + tadalafil contains silodosin, an
alpha-blocker. Do not take it with another alpha-blocker or a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor
(such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin or ritonavir), or if you have severe
kidney or liver disease. It commonly causes little or no semen (retrograde ejaculation).
Tell your eye surgeon you take it before cataract surgery. Silodosin is FDA approved
only for an enlarged prostate; its use for premature ejaculation is off-label.
Get emergency medical help right away for an
erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden loss of vision or hearing, chest pain during
sex, or fainting.
Tell your provider about your heart health and every medicine you take. This is not a
complete list of risks or side effects.
