Do I have to see someone in person?
The process starts online. A licensed provider determines whether a video visit or other evaluation is needed based on your state, the treatment and your clinical needs. Visit requirements and availability are confirmed during intake.
Can I take it with my other medicines?
That is the provider’s job. The intake asks about every medication and supplement you take, and the provider screens for interactions before prescribing. Taking nitrates or riociguat rules it out. If any of it applies to you, they will steer you to a version without apomorphine, or decline.
What if I’m not approved?
You’re refunded in full, the whole amount including shipping. A provider may decline, ask for more information, or recommend in-person care. TabsRx cannot overrule them.

How is the 4-ingredient treatment different from Viagra or Cialis?
Viagra and Cialis are single-ingredient pills you swallow. The 4-ingredient treatment combines four active ingredients in one dose under your tongue: sildenafil and tadalafil for blood flow and a long window, apomorphine, which acts in the brain, and L-citrulline, an amino acid. It’s a compounded prescription made for you by a licensed pharmacy, so it isn’t FDA approved and isn’t a generic version of any brand. Your provider decides if it’s right for you.
What’s actually in it?
The four-molecule version is sildenafil + tadalafil + apomorphine + L-citrulline, in a single-dose liquid. There is also a two-molecule version, sildenafil + tadalafil, for anyone whose provider prefers it. Is this real medication?
Yes. Prescription medication, prescribed by a licensed provider after a medical visit and dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy. Some treatments are compounded, which the full disclosure on this page explains.
Do I need insurance?
No. TabsRx is cash pay and does not bill insurance. You see the full price before you pay anything, and there is no separate consultation fee.
What does “compounded” mean?
A state-licensed pharmacy prepares the medication for you, to your provider’s prescription. Compounded medications have not been approved by the FDA, are not the same as or generic versions of any FDA-approved medication, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality.
What shows up at my door?
A plain box. No product name, no logo, nothing on the outside anyone can read. The charge on your statement is not the product name either.
Does TabsRx make the medication?
